It was a beautiful day here in Santa Monica where we started the race right on the beach. That's my kind of urban living - or should be. Many thanks to all of you who participated in today's race.
Congratulations to team Separated at Birth, Ty Buxman and Cheryl Smith, who finished first with a time of 2:09:36.
And kudos to Lauren Wagman and Maya Ramos, Los Dos Dolares, who were the first team to arrive at the finish. They came in second and ran a great race.
